Mary is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, with an MSc in Organisational Behaviour. Over 25 years she has held senior posts in industry and as Head of HR and Development in Local Government and the Charitable Trust sector, representing HR at Board level.
More recently, her consulting experience has ranged across a wide range of public and private sector organisations from only 5 up to 11,000 employees.
Her strength is in providing an independent and objective view on the issues, enabling diagnosis of sticking points in change management. She then works in partnership with senior management to help them implement pragmatic solutions to meet the organisation’s objectives.
Mary Casson coaches and mentors managers and her expertise is in facilitating them to achieve appropriate solutions to problems.
