Lesley Kaye, Managing Director

I set up LJK Resources Limited in 1999 after many years working in industry - my last position was as Head of Learning, Education and Development for a major construction management company.

I am a professional business consultant, coach, facilitator, trainer, interim executive and tutor in both a UK and international environment, with a real passion for what I do and a  track record of success in both company & individual development.  I work with a range of corporate and personal clients who want to effect positive change, maximising their potential to achieve challenging business or personal goals.

As a qualified human resource development specialist and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, my experience ranges across a number of business sectors including FMCG, IT, airline, construction, electronics, industrial gases, defence, publishing, public sector, ‘Not for profit’, education, housing and NGOs.
