Not only does she have practical experience of Corporate and personal needs, but she also has professional qualifications to support what she does, being a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development with a Masters Degree.
She is also a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic programming and Qualified Coach, having passed with distinction. With a professional background in HR Management she has held generalist, policy making and change management positions, being directly involved in strategic issues and implementation processes.
